As your business grows, I will be there next to you to hold the map and give direction to make sure that as you venture down various paths (whether it be hiring employees, negotiating a lease, creating intellectual property, or any other opportunity which may present itself), you and your business are prepared to move forward and will be adequately protected along the way.  And, if you ever go off course, I am always here to help you get back on track.

Like you, I am a small business owner, confronting many of the same obstacles and sharing the same dreams as I make my way.  And, in addition to my law degree, I also earned my Masters in Business Administration – an invaluable tool in helping me to successfully form and advise small businesses.   This combination of personal experience and extensive education gives me a unique perspective which allows me to share in my clients’ passion for their evolving businesses while providing them with a superior level of business support.
