I understand that advanced age, a disability, a young child, or a tight schedule may make it difficult for you to come to meet with me.  Therefore, I am happy to come to your home or your business to meet with you.  I will also travel to assisted living facilities to meet with your loved ones.

I understand that many of my clients are operating on a limited budget.  Therefore, your initial estate planning or business formation consultation is always complimentary and an estimate of fees is provided at that time so you will always know up front what you can expect to pay.

I understand that many clients have not had the legal and/or business training that I have.  Therefore, I will not rely on “legalese” or hard to understand terms, but will instead always use “plain English,” and I always welcome questions to ensure that you understand me.
